January 2nd Not a whole lot of growth evident, but their hind quarters are getting stronger and they seem a bit more steady when attempting to stand or push against a sibbling.
Human touch does not seem to be a problem. They quickly fall to sleep when cuddled and, as shown above, will even take a snooze in 'most any position.
I'm surprised at how they don't seem to be overly dependent on Mom and will readily migrate away when not feeding. They've yet to move off of the blankets, but will venture several feet away, gather into "clicks" and fall into dream land.
Day three: they are noticebly "plump" and getting more vocal with some distinct dog barks, albeit very high pitched and not very loud..... yet!
