Peaceful Bend Vineyard | 2001 Barrel Fermented Chardonel

Made from 100% Chardonel Grapes grown at Charleville Vineyards in Ste. Genevieve County Missouri, by Jack and Joal Russel.

Barrel fermented in McGinnis Cooperage's Missouri Oak barrels with several months sur-lie aging. This wine did not go through Malolactic fermentation and though full of oak, the fruit still abounds.
