Peaceful Bend Vineyard | Courtois

Made from 100% Chardonel Grapes grown in the Charleville Vineyards in Ste. Geniveve County Missouri, by Jack and Joal Russel. Fermented in stainless to retain varietal character.

Flavors are more on the steely, flinty side than fruity. A sturdy acid structure makes this wine a fine accompaniment to a wide array of foods.

Like many wines here at Peaceful Bend, Courtois gets it's name from a local, spring fed river and is pronounced "coat away"
